Gavin Moves On

I had a feeling something was up when there were no "passing shadows" for the last couple of weeks. The Shadowlands' Gavin Atkins, a good mate, writes:
I have decided to take an extended break from blogging this year to chase up some other freelance writing opportunities.
So long Gavin, and thanks.

Congrats to Gavin who has thrived at Asian Correspondent and seems to be making the transition to successful writer.

Of course not everyone has succeeded there...

ah the old divide and conquer the conservatives trick eh 'John'?

praise one, sneer at the other and try to get some 'balanced' nuance action going? nice try wanker, if your target audience is as thick as you.

PS how's your own cringeworthy 'writing' going?

ROTFLMAO.

(look it up)

all the best etc etc.

No need to 'divide and conquer' those among whom crass stupidity reigns supreme, champ.

My own writing is going OK, thanks for asking. I've mastered the use of capital letters, something that seems to have eluded you.

"I've mastered the use of capital letters"

In the post above you hector Dan ( or should you say 'Daniel San'?) for pointing out a typo.

And then proceed to do it yourself when it suits.

I think we all know someone who does that?

What a slimy small intellect you have.

Not using capital letters on four occasions is not a 'typo', it's willful grammatical dissonance. Particularly seeing that you can find the caps-lock or shift key when typing abbreviations.

Do you feel yourself a rebel, taking a bold standard against the rigorous constraints of the English language, when you start sentences without capitals?

What a slimy small intellect you have.

On the available evidence it is much bigger than yours, 'John's flatus' (I think that nick suits you best).

"willful grammatical dissonance"

as opposed to your wilful cognitive dissonance.

seriously, 'grammatial dissonance'?

what a egomaniacal friggin peacock.

ROTFLMAO

I used a couple of big words, 'flatus'. Why do you find it so funny? Is it because you are utterly unable of using big words yourself?

no I laugh at pompous non contextual misuse of language by self important tossers who mistakenly believe it's impressive. Rather than a joke.

No, I think my initial theory was right. But nice to see someone is helping you with sentence construction, based on your last comment.

Frankly I doubt you could find your own arse in the dark with a torch and a GPS.
