and click on the No 2 photo on the top left of the page. It is called Carbon Price Announced.
Note the photo of cooling towers emitting steam. What purpose has it, other than to mislead readers into believing they are seeing carbon pouring into the atmosphere?
Why should anyone believe any claims made by this government?
