BOYZ BUSY

A belated explanation from Scott Bridges:
Sorry about the quiet week, everyone. The three of us have each been up to our eyeballs in work and found it difficult to find time to write much content for Pure Poison. Things have settled a bit for us now so we should be back on deck this week. But in the meantime, have at it!
Jeremy, who's had the time for personal blogging during the PP lull, put up a PP post a few hours later. Gee, it's almost like these two aren't communicating. By the way, with Bolt not blogging at the moment, Jeremy is forced to find fault with second-stringer Tim Blair.

I can just now imagine the pacing, wringing of hands and obsessive checking of Prozac supplies as they all fretfully await Bolt's return. TWO WEEKS!!

So Bolt's on holiday? Well there you go, I hadn't even noticed. So much for being, like, obsessed and everything.

Obviously obsessed enough to get in first to, like, deny all charges.

Bridgit, the point was about Jeremy being obsessed not you. Clearly you aren't obsessed, you've made your distance from PP obvious.

Journos get six weeks' leave but are expected to work public holidays - and Bolt might get more than that as part of his contract with Rupert.

Given "... the slaughter of hundreds of innocent children ...", M Mason might be concerned with becoming part of the 'collateral damage' aspect. As a significant writer, he is at least as vulnerable as Dreamboat.

Cheers

Don't worry - they are now diversifying out into slagging off 'News Ltd' in general. But yeah, could you imagine if bolt and blair retired - they would be out of material. There would still be plenty of intellectual dishonesty out there, but only intellectual dishonesty that they agree with!
